UTENX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“UTENX”, “we”, “us”) is registered in India under Udyam Registration UDYAM-UK-05-0133030, with its registered address in Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248007, India. DrivingExam is a product of UTENX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Questions about these Terms can be sent to ankit@utenx.com.

DrivingExam provides driving-theory practice questions, mock tests, a learning game, and study guides for learner drivers across 15 countries. The free tier — practice quizzes, the learning game, and a daily question — needs no account. Creating an optional account, via an email sign-in code, unlocks Pro and syncs your progress across devices.

DrivingExam is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government licensing or transport authority, including (without limitation) the DVSA, DMV, RTA, DGT, CBR, DETRAN, RTO, LTO, Transport for NSW, or ICBC, or any equivalent authority elsewhere.

Every practice question, mock exam, and explanation is original content we wrote to match the style of official theory tests — none of it is copied from an official exam, and using DrivingExam does not guarantee you will pass any driving test or be granted any licence. Passing depends on your own preparation and on the rules your local licensing authority sets and can change at any time.

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your sign-in email accessible and for activity under your account. Don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute our question banks, try to break the sign-in or payment systems, or otherwise use DrivingExam unlawfully or in a way that infringes someone else’s rights. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

DrivingExam Pro is an optional upgrade; current plans and pricing are on the Pro page. Pro Monthly is a subscription that auto-renews until you cancel, with access continuing to the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Refunds for both follow our Refund Policy.

• “Lifetime” means the operating life of the DrivingExam service — not the lifetime of you, the purchaser.
• A Lifetime purchase covers one account and is non-transferable.
• It includes the Pro feature set as it exists today, plus ongoing question-bank updates as rules change.
• Future features with a genuine per-use cost to us — AI-powered tutoring, for example — may carry fair-use limits or separate pricing, including for Lifetime accounts.
• We may modify or discontinue individual features, provided we give reasonable notice.
• Sharing a Lifetime account beyond normal personal use, or other misuse of it, may lead to suspension.

All questions, explanations, guides, game mechanics, branding, and other content on DrivingExam belong to UTENX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You may use them for your own exam preparation; you may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit them.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from these Terms or your use of DrivingExam is limited to whatever you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a failed driving test.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; using DrivingExam afterwards means you accept them.

Nothing here limits any statutory consumer right that can’t be excluded under the law of your country.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
