Refund Policy
Effective 27 July 2026
This policy covers refunds for DrivingExam Pro. It sits alongside — and doesn’t limit — any statutory consumer right you have in your own country.
Pro Lifetime — 14-day money-back guarantee
Bought DrivingExam Pro Lifetime and it’s not right for you? Email ankit@utenx.com from the same email address you purchased with, within 14 days of your purchase date, and we’ll refund it in full. Refunds return to your original payment method and typically land within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Pro Monthly — cancel anytime
Pro Monthly renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel whenever you like from the manage-subscription link in your receipt email, from your payment processor’s customer portal, or by emailing us. Once you cancel, you keep full Pro access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for — we don’t refund the unused portion of a current billing period.
Which processor refunds you
Where your refund comes from depends on how you paid. Purchases made in India are processed by Razorpay; international purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record for those transactions. Either way, the refund is issued back through the same processor that took the original payment, to the same payment method.
Purchases through the Apple App Store
If you bought or subscribed to Pro inside the iOS app, Apple billed you, and Apple’s own refund process applies rather than this page — request one at support.apple.com/billing.
How to cancel
Monthly: use the manage-subscription link in your purchase receipt or your payment processor’s portal, or email us and we’ll cancel it for you. Lifetime: there’s no subscription to cancel — it’s a single payment — so use the 14-day guarantee above if you’d rather have your money back.
What to include in a refund request
To help us find your order quickly, tell us the email address you purchased with, roughly when you bought Pro, and whether you paid via the website, Android, or iOS.
Your statutory rights
This policy doesn’t limit any consumer-protection or refund right you’re already entitled to under the law of your own country.
