Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for DrivingExam Pro. It sits alongside — and doesn’t limit — any statutory consumer right you have in your own country.
Pro — 14-day money-back guarantee
Bought DrivingExam Pro and it’s not right for you? Email ankit@utenx.com from the same email address you purchased with, within 14 days of your purchase date, and we’ll refund it in full. Refunds return to your original payment method and typically land within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
There is no subscription to cancel
Pro is a single payment that covers 12 months. It does not renew automatically, your card is not stored, and you will never be charged again. There is no subscription to cancel, so nothing can bill you by surprise. When the 12 months end, the account simply returns to the free plan; you can buy another year then if you want one.
Which processor refunds you
All payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are issued back through Razorpay to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
What to include in a refund request
To help us find your order quickly, tell us the email address you purchased with, roughly when you bought Pro, and whether you paid via the website, Android, or iOS.
Your statutory rights
This policy doesn’t limit any consumer-protection or refund right you’re already entitled to under the law of your own country.
