The free practice quizzes, learning game, and daily question all work without signing up. In that mode, your progress is stored only in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) — it stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data, or switching browsers or devices, will lose it.

An account only needs an email address. We use it to send a one-time sign-in code, to email purchase receipts if you buy Pro, and to sync your saved questions and progress across your devices. We don’t ask for a name, phone number, or any other personal detail to open an account.

Payments are handled by our payment processors, not by us: Razorpay for purchases in India, Dodo Payments (our merchant of record) for international purchases, and Apple for purchases made inside the iOS app. We never receive or store your card number, UPI ID, or other payment credentials.

Depending on which processor you pay through, it receives what it needs to process the charge — your email address, the amount charged, your billing country, and the payment details you give it directly. Each processor’s own privacy policy covers how it handles that data.

DrivingExam carries no advertising, and we don’t use cookies for cross-site tracking or ad targeting. Any cookies we set are limited to making the Service work, such as keeping you signed in.

We rely on a small set of service providers, each receiving only what it needs to do its job:

• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery
• Convex — application backend and database
• Resend — transactional email (sign-in codes and receipts)
• Razorpay — payments, India
• Dodo Payments — payments, international

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you stop using DrivingExam, it stays until you ask us to remove it.

Email ankit@utenx.com from your account’s own email address and ask us to delete it. We’ll do so within 30 days, other than records we’re required to keep for tax or accounting purposes.

DrivingExam’s content is written for people old enough to be studying for a driving theory test. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 beyond the account email needed to use the Service, and account creation isn’t intended for anyone below the minimum learner-driving age in their country.

Our providers operate in the United States, the European Union, and India, so using DrivingExam means your data may be processed in any of those locations, under each provider’s own safeguards.

We may update this policy occasionally; material changes will appear here with a new effective date.
