What to include

  • Support: which platform you’re on (web, Android, or iOS), what you were doing, and a screenshot if you have one.
  • Refunds: the email address you purchased with, and roughly when you bought Pro.
  • Data deletion: send the request from your account’s own email address, so we can confirm it’s you.
