Shipping & Delivery Policy

DrivingExam sells digital access to an online study service. There are no physical goods, so nothing is posted, couriered or shipped, and no delivery address, shipping fee or customs charge ever applies.

Delivery is immediate. The moment your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, Pro is activated on the email address you entered at checkout — normally within a few seconds, and in all cases within 24 hours. Sign in at your account with that same email address and Pro access is live.

Pro unlocks the complete question bank for every country we cover, unlimited mock exams at the real pass marks, saved questions synced to your account, question-bank updates, and the printable Pass Kit sheets. Access lasts 12 months from the date of purchase. See Pro for current pricing.

The most common cause is signing in with a different email address from the one used at checkout, because Pro is attached to the address entered at payment. Check that first, then email ankit@utenx.com from the address you paid with. We reply within one business day and will either activate your access or refund you in full.
